Dennis Moore, M.Eng.

Dennis Moore has over 35 years of experience as an exploration geologist. Originally working for major companies in Australia and the South West Pacific, he later became involved with several of Ross Beaty’s companies in Bolivia, Peru and Brazil. Mr. Moore discovered and drilled the 1.8M ounce Tocantinzinho deposit being developed by Eldorado Gold Corp and has been directly involved in at least four other gold discoveries in South America, including Amayapampa in Bolivia, and Cuiú Cuiú, Coringa and Cajuiero in Brazil.
Alan Carter, Ph.D.
Chairman & Director
Dr. Carter has over 25 years of experience in the minerals exploration industry. He spent seven years working for Rio Tinto Corp. in South America and the United Kingdom. In 1996, Dr. Carter became President and CEO of Balaclava Mines and moved to Lima, Peru. He joined Billiton Plc in 1998 and in 2000 moved from Lima to Vancouver. Following the merger of Billiton with BHP, Dr. Carter assumed the role of Manager, Business Development within the BHP Billiton Exploration Group and was the Chief Operating Officer of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. from mid-2004 to late 2006. He was a co-founder of both Peregrine Metals Ltd. and Cuprum Resources Ltd. Dr. Carter currently serves as the President and CEO of Cabral Gold and as the Executive Chairman of Altimira Gold. He has a B.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of Nottingham, U.K. and a Ph.D. degree in gold geochemistry from the University of Southampton, U.K.
Michael Williams
Independent Director
Michael Williams has over 20 years of experience as a senior mining executive. He has held the role of Executive Chairman with several diffgerent public companies, including Underworld Resources Ltd, which was sold to Kinross Gold Corp in 2010 for $138 million. Michael has developed an extentive global network which has enabled him to raise significant capital for exploration and development projects around the world. He currently serves as the President and CEO of Vendetta Mining Corp. and the Chairman of Aftermath Silver.
Randall Chatwin, J.D.
Independent Director
Randall Chatwin has more than 15 years' experience in the mining industry and joined B2Gold Corp. in September 2019 as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, where he is responsible for legal and governance matters. Mr. Chatwin had previously served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel of Goldcorp Inc., one of the world's leading gold mining companies, from May 2015 to May 2019. Mr. Chatwin was instrumental in the execution of Goldcorp's US$12.5 billion merger with Newmont Mining Corporation in April 2019. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Mr. Chatwin was a partner at the law firm of Lawson Lundell LLP, where he spent 11 years practicing corporate commercial and corporate finance law, with a specific focus on the mining industry. Mr. Chatwin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, and Juris Doctor (law) degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
